Yes, you can. We offer free in-home consultations.
Our customer service will be more than happy to assist with all your questions over the phone and you are more than welcome to visit us in our showroom at 362 Davenport Rd Monday to Friday 9 am-7 pm Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
Yes, we can. Our designers can give an estimate on the spot while coming for a free in-home consultation or you can call to our customer service team at 888-288-8018, provide detailed measurements, product you would like to purchase, and we will be able to provide an estimate over the phone for you.
After The Contract Is Signed
Each window treatment is custom-made to your window size and shape.
Most of our products can be delivered and installed within 10-15 days but the timeline can be change from product to product.
Of course, Toronto Window Treatments guaranty our installation and service for 1 year from the original installation date and 7 years on all motorizations.
If your building is required a certificate of insurance, please make sure to forward it to our office 72 hours prior to the installation.
After The Installation
Please review and inspect all products to the best of your satisfaction. In case of any problem with our product, please show it to the installer on site and contact our office immediately.Most of our products can be delivered and installed within 10-15 days but the timeline can be change from product to product.
