Services Offered

We provide custom window treatment consultations, quotes, product sales, and professional installations. All appointments and purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

Quotes & Orders

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  
• Orders are considered final once a deposit is received.
  
• Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
  
• Final balance is due upon or prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
  
• In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the product at our discretion.
  
• Cancellations made before materials are ordered may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative costs.

Installation

• We strive to perform installations professionally and on time.
  
• Clients must ensure the installation area is accessible and safe for our team.
  
• If we are unable to complete installation due to site conditions, an additional service charge may apply.
  
• Any wiring or construction work not specifically included in the quote is the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

Limited Warranty

We honor manufacturer warranties on all products. NY City Blinds also offers a limited installation warranty for 1 year from the installation date.
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or accidents
  
• Alterations made by third parties
  
• Natural wear and tear

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our written permission
  
• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security
  
• Submit false information or impersonate others
